We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Muskegon team and help keep our high-performance facility running at its best. What You'll Do:

• Perform and track preventative maintenance (PM) in accordance with established schedules
  

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Maintain and update PM software and work orders

• Assist with machine installations, moves, and project work

• Support scrap and recycling processes and ensure the maintenance area stays organized
• Participate in seasonal snow removal for parking lots and walkways
• Work in alignment with Scherdel’s quality and environmental standards

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting

• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork

Preferred:

• Journeyman card or equivalent training/experience
  

• Experience with PM tracking software or CMMS systems
