Position Overview

Scherdel Sales & Technology is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Production Team in entry-level roles across multiple departments.

This position supports manufacturing operations through machine operation, assembly, inspection, and general production activities. No prior manufacturing experience is required — we provide hands-on training and support during onboarding.

• Reliable with strong attendance habits
• Willing to learn and follow standard work instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Able to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
• Able to lift up to 35–40 lbs as required
• Committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: Entry-level – training provided
