CNC MACHINE OPERATOR 
IN MUSKEGON, MI

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Load, operate, and adjust spring machines and auxiliary equipment to maintain required quality and quantity of production
• Check parts using precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometer, comparator)
• Solves problems with assistance of other team members and seeks continuous improvement
  
• Read and interpret blueprints/hand sketches or works from verbal/written instruction
• Performs duties autonomously and pays attention to detail
• Works according to SCHERDEL‘s and the Customer‘s quality and environmental system requirements.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Commit to team success through communication and reliable attendance
• Ability to stand for periods of 8 to 12 hours and lift up to 35 lbs
• 1-2 years of CNC experience preferred
