Summary:
To load, operate, and adjust spring steel machines and auxiliary equipment to maintain required quality and quantity of produced parts. Operator will be in charge of performing quality checks, and maintaining machine through tooling adjustments and setup's as needed, will be working in our Bihler 35/50 department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Able to read and interpret blueprints, hand sketches from verbal and/or written instructions.
Check parts using precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometer, comparator)
Perform minor and basic adjustments on equipment as needed.
Works according to ISO/IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

Works according to SCHERDEL‘s and the Customer‘s quality and environmental system requirements

Position Requirements:

Experience working with manufacturing presses.

High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Entry level tool and die experience
One year minimum of experience working in a automotive manufacturing setting.
