Job Function:
Provide comprehensive support for users of Scherdel Sales & Technology Information Systems. Respond to and diagnose problems through discussion with users including problem recognition, research, and resolution for both hardware and software issues. Will be able to resolve most of the hardware and/or software issues during the initial call or visit to the user. Monitor escalation events and assist in their timely resolution. Actively participates in the development and auditing of processes and procedures, including procedures for use, purchase, and maintenance of equipment and supplies for included services. Represent IT support to all levels of the corporation’s computer users in IT. Reports to the NAFTA Manager.
